Sauvignon Blanc wines from the region of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé in France are known for their minerality and citrus flavors, while those from New Zealand are known for their tropical fruit flavors. Sauvignon Blanc wines from California and Australia have a more full-bodied style and often show more ripe tropical fruit and oak notes.
