Since 1841, generations of the Costamagna family have dedicated their lives to Barolo production. The long story began in the XIX century with Francesco Costamagna, carried on in the 1960s by Claudia Ferraresi and Giorgio Locatelli, and for the last 30 years by their son Alessandro. Based in La Morra, Rocche dell’Annunziata: Rocche Costamagna consists of 14 hectares of vineyards owned by the family for generations, with 5 of those hectares in the sub-zone named Rocche dell’Annunziata, one of the renowned Barolo Crus.

Nebbiolo wines are renowned for their elegance, complexity, and longevity. They hail predominantly from the Piedmont region in northwest Italy, particularly in areas like Barolo and Barbaresco, where the grape thrives in the region's unique microclimate and soil conditions.
The wines pair exceptionally well with a variety of dishes, thanks to their acidity, tannins, and flavor profile. They are particularly well-suited to rich, hearty dishes such as braised meats, game, truffle-infused dishes, and aged cheeses.
