Tenuta Guado Al Tasso wines

Owned by the Antinori family, the estate is located near Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast some 96 km from Florence. The estate consists of 300 hectares of vineyards planted to Vermentino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. The first wine from the estate was released in 1990 and today the Tenuta Guado al Tosso produces a range of wines from crisp and lively Vermentino and Rosato through to more robust reds of great quality and character including a blend of the Bordeaux varieties called Guado al Tasso Bolgheri DOC Superiore and the Matarocchio, a 100% Cabernet Franc labeled under the Maremma Toscana IGT designation.
